Went on an hour walk with Odes :]

ended up seeing Justin running on the greenway… We think too much alike. Of course he joined us.

Now I’m about to hula-hoop while watching Arrested Development. I WILL BE SKINNY FOR MY 21ST BIRTHDAY!

143.8

wha——-

I literally haven’t done anything this week. Probably from working 37 hours last week, being a full time student, and not having time to eat.

October Goals:

  • hit the gym at least 1 time a week.
  • 50+ crunches a night.
  • eat breakfast every morning with green tea.
  • 3 camelbaks full of water a day.
  • don’t step on a scale until November 1st.

I bought horizontal stripes for the first time today :]

and I look DAMN good in them!!!

only 10lbs to go :]

September 14th: Cardio

[gym with gay-Justin]

  • Running: 0.5 mile
  • Walking: 0.5 mile
  • Eliptical: 15min
  • Crunches: 20 regular, 40 leg crossed, 20 leg up, 40 obliques, 50 love handle.
  • Stretching: 10 minutes

Damn it.

I had a diet coke today. It was a bad day, and I needed the caffeine to tame my anxiety.

Now I feel even worse because I feel fat, and it’s still pale fat because I didn’t get enough time on a beach to get tan. Damn female hormones.

So I’ve decided:

That since the whole “give up everything bad for you and you’ll lose weight” approach to weight loss isn’t exactly doable with my personality, I will give up one “bad” thing each week. For instance: this week I decided to eliminate diet coke from my diet. And I know, I know, “everything is okay in moderation”.. well when you don’t know where that moderation ends, I believe it’s best to eliminate the temptation all together. Yay!

So…

Week One: Diet Coke.

some quick facts:

1) I’m lactose intolerant.

2) I used to be a vegetarian, but I gave that up because I missed bacon too much.

3) I fought p90x, but Tony Horton kicked by ass. And I constantly felt bad because the guy with one leg was more athletic than I am.

4) I’m 5’4”, 158.7lbs, BMI 27.1, pants size 8 [American Eagle].

5) My UGW is 130lbs.

6) Calorie Intake: 1200.

7) Water intake: 8 glasses per day.
